ORDERING PROCESS

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours but please allow up to 3 days to process your order in case of unforeseen circumstances. Expect an email to know when it's on its way.

STORE PICKUP

If you choose Pick up in Person, your order will be packed and ready to pick up from the shop at Shop 3, 364 Pakington St during store opening hours:

MONDAY 10:00am - 4:00pm
TUESDAY 10:00am - 5:00pm
WEDNESDAY 10:00am - 5:00pm
THURSDAY 10:00am - 5:00pm
FRIDAY 10:00am - 5:00pm
SATURDAY 10:00am - 4:00pm
SUNDAY Closed

LOCAL & INTERSTATE DELIVERY

A flat rate shipping fee applies to express and standard parcels sent through Australia Post. All packages are lodged with a tracking number and signature on delivery. 

CALCULATED SHIPPING RATES

For our heavier items (homewares) we offer a calculated shipping rate. If you choose to purchase a heavy item we will calculate the most affordable rate and supply you a quote. This can be requested via email by you prior to purchasing or followed up by us after purchasing. 
The shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
Alternatively, these items can be picked up in person when selected.
