Refund policy

We ask that you choose carefully, as much as we like to be flexible, we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. 

We check the quality of our goods but on the occasion they are faulty, you can choose between a refund, exchange or, credit. You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it unworn, with all the tags and unmarked. Each request will be individually reviewed. 

Sale Items.
The purchase of a sale item is final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for sale items.

End of Season Sales
At the end of each season, we do a clearance sale to make way for new stock. There is no specific date or timeline for when these occur. Each sale is dependent on stock quantities, agent delivery agreements, out-of-our-control world events & weather.

The order of a sale is always first-in-first-served. Usually, we offer 25% then 40% at a time we decide, again depending on pre-mentioned circumstances. Unfortunately, we do not offer a further discount on a previously purchased item. It is at the discretion of each customer to purchase and "not miss out", or wait for further discounts.

Shop the Box

We offer a service called Shop the Box and this does allow you to return items for a full refund. How it works:

  1. We curate personalised outfits and send photos for your approval.
  2. You purchase the pieces & postage to your door for you to try on in the convenience & privacy of your home.
  3. Return what's not right in pristine condition for a prompt refund.
