Returns & Refunds

We ask that you choose carefully, as much as we like to be flexible, we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. 

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty however. You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it unworn, with all the tags and unmarked. Each request will be individually reviewed. 

Shop the Box

We offer a service called Shop the Box and this does allow you to return items for a full refund. How it works:

1. We curate personalised outfits and send photos for your approval.
2. You purchase the pieces & postage to your door for you to try on in the convenience & privacy of your home.
3. Return what's not right in pristine condition for a prompt refund.
